The Government Complex A & B is served by a large-scale District Cooling System (DCS) designed to deliver reliable and energy-efficient chilled water to multiple buildings across the complex. The centralized plant produces and distributes chilled water through an integrated piping network, ensuring stable cooling performance, improved temperature control, and optimized energy use.
With modern cooling technologies and high-efficiency equipment, the system significantly reduces operational costs while providing consistent comfort for government agencies and visitors throughout the day. This DCS plays a key role in enhancing sustainability and supporting long-term energy management for the entire Government Complex.
Installation capacity: 9,000 RT
Provides chilled-water energy under a long-term Energy Sales Agreement with Dhanarak Asset Development Company Limited.
Contract duration: 30 years, ending in 2581 (2038).
